Wedding Calligraphy & Engraving FAQs

For wedding engraving, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date.
We personalize on glass, metal, stone, acrylic, wood, leather, fabric, and paper. We recommend sending a sample of your gift or favor ahead of time so we can test personalization methods and tools before the event — this also lets us create an example of the finished look to display for your guests.
Speed greatly depends on the surface but typically 15-30 items per hour per artist.
Yes. Based in the Philadelphia area, we regularly travel to clients throughout DC, New York, and Baltimore. Mileage within 40 miles of Philadelphia is included in every quote, and mileage or train travel for events farther out is built into your pricing. We're also available for nationwide and international events — airfare and hotel are covered by the client.
Yes — you have a few options. You can choose from our favors guide, which includes pricing you can calculate directly, or request custom sourcing for $250. Custom sourcing includes two rounds of favor research, logo branding management if you'd like your logo printed on the item, ordering, and shipping or delivery to your venue. A 10–15% fee applies to any items we order on your behalf). You're also welcome to provide your own favors; we'll just ask for a sample ahead of time so we can test personalization in-studio before the event.
In addition to live engraving, we offer wedding calligraphy services including place cards and envelope calligraphy.
